A Trail of Cheese

To kick off our coverage of the ‘other addiction’ we want to share something we only recently discovered. We already know about the various Wine Trails across the US and around the world. And of course the Bourbon Trail (the official one in Kentucky and the non-official ones in the US. Of course there are embibement trails for various wonderful foods and drinks in various parts of the world. But this one is a Cheese Trail. It’s officially known as the WNC Cheese Trail – or the Western North Carolina Cheese Trail. What makes it special to us is that it’s right in our back yard, making it easily accessible (for us anyhow). 

I’m certain there are many other cheese trails, and we’re bound to find them and point them out. But for now, here’s the map of the WNC Cheese Trail and a link to their web site. See you on the trail!
