IPA – but Dark

I’m a fan of dark beers. I love the density of the flavors. On the other hand I’m not so fond of IPAs. So when our local brewery offered up their latest combo, Man in Black IPA,  I just had to give it a shot. The result is a perfect combination of deep flavor with a light(ish) nose.

If you’re in the Upstate South Carolina area you’re in luck in that you can actually stop by the Swamp Rabbit Brewery and Taproom in Travelers Rest, SC and get a glass or a growler. I’m not adept at describing the tastes of beers so you’ll just need to try this one for yourself. If you like darker brews I expect that you’ll love this one.
