Red wine shown to improve type 2 diabetics’ heart health

According to a new study published in the Annals of Internal Medicine, red wine consumption may improve the heart health of people with type 2 diabetes. The results of the two-year study found that a moderate intake of red wine resulted in lower blood sugar and a decreased development of heart disease.
